That having regard to its size, height and form the proposed garage would represent inappropriate development in the Oxford Green Belt prejudicing the openness of the Oxford Green Belt contrary to Policies GB2 and GB4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and the advice contained in Planning Policy Guidance Note 2: 'Green Belts'.
