Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan .

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors at a scale of 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G2 and CON2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
