That, notwithstanding the indication on the submitted plan, having regard to the limited availability, of on-site parking, the  loss of the garage would result in inadequate provision for on-site parking, and an increase in on street parking which would create difficulty and inconvenience for other users of the public highway and, be detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality, contrary to Policies G2, D2 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies T2 and T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan.
