Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the work shall be carried out using lime mortar. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in acordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the frontage wall shall be reduced in height in accordance with the boundary wall section indicated on Drawing 993005 approved August 2005. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
