Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the external walls and roof of the building be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That details of all windows and doors should be submitted at a scale of 1:20 (section and elevation) and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G6, CON5 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the summerhouse hereby permitted shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G6, CON5, CON7 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
