That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of Pear Tree Design and shall not enure for the benefit of the land.
Reason: Becqause permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and to comply with policies G2, E8 and GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That Pear Tree Design shall occupy the first floor of the garage only and that the ground floor shall be retained as domestic garaging and storage only.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and to comply with policies G2, E8 and GB 2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no work including deliveries or dispatches associated with the use hereby permitted shall take place from the land outside the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Mondays to Fridays with no workings at weekends or Bank Holidays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policies G2, E8 and GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment and to comply with policies G2, E8 and GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
