Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a sample of the stone to be used in the construction of the replacement wall hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until a sample section of the stone wall to match the original wall has been constructed and inspected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The wall shall then be built in accordance with the approved sample panel. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest of the listed building and the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
