Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the proposed rooflight to the south east elevation (facing the property Hinta) shall be obscure glazed and retained as such prior to first occupation of the master bedroom.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the cill height of the rooflights serving the north west and north east elevations shall be no lower than 1.9 metres from the internal floor level.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows, rooflights or other openings shall be constructed in the elevations or roofslopes of the extension hereby approved.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
