Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Polcies G2, G6, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the garage doors of the extension hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as the existing garage door unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Polcies G2, G6, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the remaining garaging shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To retain the off street car parking space and to protect the character of the area in accordance with Policies D2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
