That on or before the 5 June 2007, the use of land for the stationing of a mobile home shall be discontinued. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies H15 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That on or before the 5 June 2007 the mobile home and any ancillary equipment/materials shall be removed form the site. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies H15 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the mobile home shall be occupied only by Mr. Osborn-Jones and his immediate family, and by no other person or persons whomsoever. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policies H15 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing hedging along the frontage of the site shall be retained, and in the event that the hedging dies it shall be replaced with hedging of a native species within the following planting season, and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To protect the rural amenity of the site in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
