Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed extension and removal of the external ground floor wall would constitute a harmful development, which, particularly when combined with the existing two storey extension, would diminish the special architectural and historic interest of the original Grade II listed building. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policies CON2, CON3 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice set out in PPG15.
