That the single storey porch/conservatory, by virtue of its prominent location, design, form and materials represents an inappropriate form of development within the street scene and detracts from character of the terraced property, the visual amenity of the locality, the Henley Conservation Area and the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The development is therefore contrary to the aims of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, particularly policies C2, G2, G6, H13 and CON 7.
