Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That details of the location and design of the proposed wall plates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In order to respect the established character and special historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That Lime Mortar shall be used to secure the helibars hereby approved into the existing brickwork. Reason: In order to respect the established character and special historic qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
