That, within 3 months of the date of this permission, the trellis on the wall of the eastern (side) boundary shall be stained in accordance with details which shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, the bricks to be used for the wall on the front boundary shall be Dunton Brothers, hand made bricks in a red multi mix, set in lime mortar to match that used to construct the wall approved by P06/E0967. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6, H13 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
