Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The materials to be used for the roofs of the buildings hereby permitted shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. In the interests of the visual appearance of the buildings in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The garage shall be used only for the storing of cars and other purposes incidental to the enjoyment of May Lodge as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The stable building shall be used for the stabling of horses for private recreational purposes by the residents of May Lodge and shall not be used for any trade or business purposes. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6, C2, D1, H13 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
