That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the paving of the extension to the access hereby approved shall be of the same colour and type as those used on the existing driveway. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The approved alteration to the existing means of access which serves 34 Lower Icknield Way shall be improved, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the Highway Authority's specifications and that all ancillary works specified should be undertaken. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
