Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, the brick to be used for infilling around the new window shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, the new window shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That, the parking provision shall be laid out in accordance with the plan submitted 10th October 2006 prior to the first occupation of the development herby permitted, and so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the parking provision on site accords with Policies T2 and T8 of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H13, D2, T1 and T2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
