In relation to the new dwelling, the parking should be restricted to domestic vehicles only. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy D2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the first floor landing window shall be glazed in obscure glass and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first occupation of the new dwelling, the wall adjacent to the access for the new dwelling shall be lowered in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy T1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
