Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
No works shall take place until samples of the walls and roofing materials to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type and external finish of all rainwater goods, flues, vents and extract ducts has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented as approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That works shall not begin until details of paint schemes have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented as approved.
