Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the dormer window shall be as specified on the proposed plan.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
