That the window to the front elevation of the extension shall be removed and the brickwork made good within 3 months of the date of planning permission, using bricks of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the extension.
Reason: To ensure that details of the development are satisfactory and minimise the impact of the development on the character and appearance of the Chinnor Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G2, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Notwithstanding anything contained within the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows or doors shall be constructed in the walls of the front or side elevation of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To ensure the development does not have an adverse affect on the character and appearance of the Chinnor Conservation Area and to prevent any unneighbourliness in accordance with Policies G2, CON7 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
