That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the handrail shall be finished in accordance with the details accompanying the application, and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
