Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, the hip and ridge tiles shall be re-bedded with a traditional lime mortar mix. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, details and samples of the second hand roof tiles to be used for replacing the existing tiles where damaged, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That, the roof tiles shall be re-laid exactly as the existing profile including the characteristic change of pitch at eaves level. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
