Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The bollards erected must be a minimum of 0.5 metres from the back edge of the carriageway and they must all have adequate reflective bands around them so they will be visible to vehicles at night. These alterations to be carried out within one month of the date of this permission. Reason: In the interests of highway safety in accordance with Policies G2 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of surface water drainage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the date of this permission. Any further works that are required shall be carried out within 1 month of the approval of these details. Reason: To ensure satisfactory drainage of surface water in accordance with Policies G2 and EP6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
