That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a full photographic record of the existing lath and plaster should be made during the works to the listed building which shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority upon completion of the works.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the historic fabric of the listed building are recorded in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
