Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a detailed specification of the render proposed to be used internally and externally, including for the proposed rear extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work commences. Thereafter the render used shall be in accordance with the approved details and retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to ensure the satisfactory preservation of the listed building in accordance with Policies G6, H13, CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies G6, H13, CON2, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That a detailed specification and method statement for the reinstatement of the boundary wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any development commencing.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G6, CON3 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
