Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the final surfacing of the driveway shall be gravel, as specified in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
