Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the brickwork to be used in the porch extension shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix details of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works on the site a detailed specification of the treatment at the junction of the proposed porch and the rear wall of the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the external walls of the building be constructed and finished not in accordance with the specification of materials and finishes contained in the application, but in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
