Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, no works shall take place until samples of the external walling and roofing materials to be used, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until a sample panel of the brick work and lime mortar to be used for the garage and the extension, has been constructed on site, inspected by the Conservation Officer and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until details of all new vents, flues, extraction ducts, and guttering have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until details of the colour of all new paint and stain for the external surfaces have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, no works shall take place until details of the conservation rooflights to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the proposed works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8, CON3 and CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
