That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no further works shall be carried out other than in accordance with a detailed schedule of works for the treatment of the existing internal walls which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
