Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That, other than provided by this permission, the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
