That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That in the event that additional ventilation to the new shower room is required, in order to comply with Building Regulations, details of the proposed ventilation system are submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure the work is not prejudicial to the intrinsic character of the listed building and is consistent with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft).

That prior to the commencement of works hereby permitted, details of the proposed treatment of the walls within the proposed shower room shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the work is not prejudicial to the intrinsic character of the listed building and is consistent with Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Deposit Draft).
