Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 26th October 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal would be contrary to Policies GB2 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies GB2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and to the advice contained within Planning Policy Guidance Note 2 'Green Belts'. The existing dwellinghouse has been extended in the past and this extension would result in a disproportionate addition to the original dwellinghouse which lies within the Oxford Green Belt. The proposal represents inappropriate development in the Oxford Green Belt prejudicing the openness of the Oxford Green Belt.
