That the insertion of the proposed rooflights would detract from the existing unbroken roofscape and would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the building and the visual amenity of the street scene contrary to Policies G1 and G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies G2 and G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and advice set out in BD11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That the creation of the additional accommodation would lead to pressures on the limited on street car parking to the detriment of the safety and convenience of other users of the public highway contrary to Policies G10 and G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
