Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 26th September 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the depth and height of the proposed two storey rear extension, the proposed development would have an oppressive and overbearing impact on the occupiers of no 27 Cuddesdon Road which would adversely affect their residential amenity so being contrary to policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft

That, having regard to the proposed siting of the first floor side bathroom windows in the western elevation in relation to the existing first floor bathroom window in the eastern elevation of no 29 Cuddesdon Road, the proposed development would result in some overlooking between these two properties which would adversely affect the residential amenity of the occupiers of no 27 Cuddesdon Road contrary to policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
