That, having regard to the prominent location of 14 Marley Lane in relation to the B480 and to the design and form of the proposed two storey extension, the proposal is not considered to be subservient to the existing dwelling and would detract from the duality of design of this pair of semi detached dwellings. As such, the proposal would detract from the character of the building and the area in general contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and G2, G6, H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and Section 4.6 policy EX2 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
