Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That all the materials to be used for the external cheeks and roofs of the dormers shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application this permission does not include the details shown on the proposed loft plan. An accurate plan showing the internal layout of the loft area shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to the commencement of development on the site.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
