Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works, a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a sample brick panel has been erected and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The walls of the extension shall comply with the approved sample brick panel.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
