That the proposed linked extension would, by reason of its size form and position, be detrimental to the character and historic interest of the listed building which comprises both nos 49 and 51 Preston Crowmarsh. As such the proposed works would be contrary to policies CON6 and CON7, of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies CON4 and CON5, of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and advice in Planning Policy Advice Note 15.

That the proposed window seat would introduce an inappropriate form of extension to the rear of this listed building detrimental to its historic character and interest. As such the development would be contrary to policies CON6 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies CON4 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and advice in Planning Policy Advice Note 15.
