Planning Permission on 25th July 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority all hedges on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of the development except in that area where the vehicular access is to be formed, the hedging shall be so retained for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
