Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the wall and the fencing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample panel of the wall shall be constructed on site and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. The wall shall then be constructed in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To ensure that the bonding and mortar joints reflect local building tradition safeguard in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the flint and brickwork to be used in the wall shall be pointed using lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the local character of the area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
