Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of works on the site a detailed specification of the treatment of the flashing at the junction of the flat roof and the gable end of the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The specification shall include a plan in section at a scale of 1:50 to show the flashing material and drainage details.
Reason: To ensure the protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencementof works full details for fixing the new linen cupboard's stud walls to the existing building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
