That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That all the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the two storey extension and bay window shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the roof of the porch shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the new wall to the converted garage accommodation shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all external brickwork shall be constructed using Flemish Bond. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
