That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That all the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the porch and the external walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
