That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That, prior to the commencement of works, a detailed schedule of repair works following the removal of the thatch shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This shall include the type of material and constructional method to be used.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON5 and CON11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
The ridge type used shall be a plain turnover ridge.
