Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the garage be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for the storage and maintenance of vintage cars or other cars used in connection with and for the personal enjoyment of occupants of 19 Underhill and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To ensure that the proposal is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the existing garage on the site shall be demolished prior to the first use of the garage hereby permitted and the materials therefrom removed.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
