Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of the feather edged boarding and materials for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
