That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That, prior to the commencement of works, details of the proposed pictorial sign shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, G13 and CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Notwithstanding the details submitted, there shall be no illumination of sign F. Signs B and C only should be illuminated as shown on the submitted details. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, G13 and CON12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
