That the proposal would result in a cramped and intrusive form of development that would detract from and appear out of keeping with the established character and pattern of development in Church View. The proposal would also result in the loss of an important gap in the street scene and would displace parked cars onto the road frontage. In this way the proposal would fail to comply with the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies G1, C2, H5, the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 (Second Depoist Draft) particularly policies G2, C2, H4 and the South Oxfordshire Design Guide particularaly Section 4.3.
