Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of works for the dismantling and re-erection of the building, including a full photographic record of the exterior and interior of the building, a detailed annotated sketch or photographic survey to show which timbers will be repaired and replaced and confirmation that it will be carried out in timbers of matching material, dimension and construction technique. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON5 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof, walls and timber frame shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON5 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority elevational drawings and details of the door to be replaced at a scale of 1:20. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and CON5 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority details of how any insulation will be achieved.
